I was told in 1995 that we were required to record the Tamar and Judah story since, although we obviously could fast forward that part and not show it. There seems to be a lot of hard to explain cultural material to an indigenous culture that already has a fair amount of problems with imorality. I hope this has changed by now.

Our current agreement allows us to receive special requests to edit scenes if they would hinder communication of the intended message for a specific audience. As such one can submit to VMS the request for approval to edit out the Tamar and Judah story.
