Three short stories from North Africa

Description

The first story is called The Four Candles. A little North African girl wants to learn about the baby Jesus when the fourth advent candle is lit. But she is locked out. In sorrow she is not careful and is hurt. She is taken to the hospital. There she learns of Jesus and finds peace. This story has 35 pages.

The second story is called The Cloak. Mustapha is a lonely homeless boy. He lends his only cloak to a sick child. This opens the door to friendship with Christians. He finally discovers the peace of God and a brighter future.

The final story is called The Guest. An old North African woman hears Bible stories read by her granddaughter. Then her prayers are answered by an unexpected guest.
